Director Darius Khondji Zooms in on a WHITELABEL product

It's all about the briefs in Darius Khondji's Calvin Klein X spot.

a W H I T E L A B E L product has signed director/cinematographer Darius Khondji for commercial representation. Khondji’s initial directing projects are campaigns for CK and Dior.  As a commercial director, Khondji draws upon a prestigious career in film. He is one of the world’s most acclaimed cinematographers, Oscar and Cesar-nominated for “Evita” and “Delicatessen,” respectively, and has collaborated with directors ranging from David Fincher to Bernardo Bertolucci. 

In commercials, Khondji has worked with a diverse roster of directors, including Paul Hunter, Jean Baptiste Mondino, Mario Testino and Arni & Kinski.  He’s well-represented in the fashion and beauty segment, having shot campaigns for such brands as Lancome, Victoria’s Secret and Nina Ricci.  As a DP, his commercials work also includes spots for Nike, Cadillac, Old Navy, Unilever (Sure), Shiseido, Paco Rabane and Comcast.
