It's hard not to shower your pets with adoration, particularly if they're as adorable as the central pup in Hill's new short Poochini, but, as the film fable explains, it's best not to show that love with dinners.
Using the sad reality that 55-60% of pets end up overweight as its insight, VMLY&R's endearing film sees an elderly lady take on a canine companion to replace an emotional hole in her life... only to end up filling the hole with food!
Delightfully animated through Bipolar Studio, and genuinely eliciting emotion with some dastardly manipulative toon-tactics, this sweet film is part PSA, part promotion, all pooch.
