Gamer or not, everybody loves Mario Kart. The fast-paced courses, edge-of-your-seat rivalry and saucy power-ups that pepper the series mean that even the most ardent console-hater can't resist a cheeky play.
Promoting the fact that Nintendo's racer is winging its way to mobile devices is TBWA Chiat Day's latest spot for Google Play.
Showing us a disparate group of mobile users chasing after their devices as the scoot off for a sidewalk sprint, Start Your Engines is a fun and frenzied tribute the the game, with familiar sound effects (the coin 'bing' being a instant echoic memory-starter) and character colours being incorporated cleverly by Golden director Saman Kesh.
