Dropping its pocket-focussed ‘Never Knowingly Undersold’ slogan, John Lewis aims directly for the feels with its new spot and brand promise; For All Life‘s Moments.

Following a man and his infant daughter as they go through key moments of her early childhood - from biggies like first steps to incidentals like explaining the finer points of cricket - adam&eveDDB's spot maintains the brand's emotive relationship with its advertising audience.

Shot wonderfully by MJZ's Juan Cabral, making a point of capturing moments of authenticity that will be recognisable to many, this sweet statement of intent will have us blubbing all the way up to their Christmas ad.
