A new campaign from Swedish manufacturer Electrolux is a stylish look at the way in which we too quickly discard clothes and the dangers that can place on the environment.
Created by Formsman & Bodenfors Stockholm and directed by Natanael Ericsson through New Land, the 100-second spot is a stylishly shot representation of what happens when we throw out clothes, and where they finally end up.
The spot, called Break the Pattern, finished by telling us that 'on average, clothes are discarded after only 10 uses', and that most end up in 'garment graveyards'. Everything, the spot and the accompanying soundtrack tells us, must change.
