Not one for subtlety, Megan Thee Stallion's new music video for her track BOA is a bold, colourful, sexually charged promo inflected with some imaginative video game violence.

Directed by Daniel Iglesias Jr through SixTwentySix Productions the video starts with three friends playing a fictional video game called Curse of the Serpent Woman that, as one character explains, "is some real crazy, dark web shit".

Cue the arrival of Megan Thee Stallion as the titular Serpent Woman and scenes that move between the real-life Megan on a series of bubblegum-coloured, futuristic sets wearing an array of outlandish costumes (though we use the word 'wearing' advisedly), and in-game sequences in which she plays out the 'curse' of the game's title.
