Created by B&T Agency and directed by Robert Hloz through Boogie Films, this comedic spot sees a family haunted by a lonely shopping trolley after they start ordering their groceries from Sezamo.
Feeling redundant, the shopping cart starts acting out and embarks on a relentless reign of terror over the house. Playfully referencing horror movie tropes, the film sees the attention-seeking trolley creeping around corners, playing knock-and-run, and ruining the outdoor decorations whilst the family huddle up inside.
The spot closes with the campaign’s tagline, ‘Supermarkets will miss you this Christmas, but your family won’t’, highlighting the brand’s message that less time spent shopping means more time with family this Christmas.
