Directed by Jonathan Pearson through UNIT9 for The United Nations, this stunning short film depicts the importance of supporting independent farmers across the world.
Through sublime, cinematic shots, Pearson authentically captures colourful moments in the everyday lives of small farmers, set to the sound of Nina Simone’s iconic song, Feeling Good.
It follows an array of farm workers from fishermen starting their day at dawn, through to fruit pickers working in the blazing midday sun, to vibrant scenes of thriving rural communities.
The campaign ends with a heartfelt message emphasising the importance of supporting small farmers through the effects of climate change to ensure a brighter future for all.
