Servpro’s calamity caper

With COP26 underway and our species’ self-distruct mode up for debate, it’s worth pondering if we’re becoming inured to the extreme weather events caused by climate catastrophe?

Possibly the promotion of services offering ‘disaster clean-up and restoration’ will become commonplace. If so, this TVC for Servpro, is surely the best of the pioneering bunch. 

Helmed by award-winning Swedish director Filip Engstrom and created by BUNTIN, SERVPRO’s advertising partner, with production house Smuggler, the film, There’s a Pro For That, combines massive in-camera special effects with high-quality post-production. 

It depicts the work of an over-excited manager getting his team to create extreme winds and ruinous floods – “let it rain, Randy!” – that wreak havoc, thus prepping his team of expert cleaners and restorers for any eventuality.
