Created by London agency Now and wittily directed by Chris Boyle through Private Island, the ad references horror movie tropes in its depiction of pesky kids running amok and spoiling everybody's fun at a luxurious adults-only Warner hotel.
The spot features such fun surreal touches as a dish of peas talking back to fussy little eaters, sinister The Shining-style twins manifesting in corridors and jacuzzis clogged with a proliferation of inflatable toys.
The mayhem intensifies as the disgruntled children multiply, before they finally disappear, and calm is restored.
Ben da Costa, Chief Creative Officer, NOW, explaining how you can be a doting parent while craving kid-free times says: "**** I love my kids, but not other people’s when they’re kicking my plane seat."
