The video for Loyle Carner's new track, Yesterday, is an ambitious, one-take video that charts the singer's life as we hear and see him go from boy to man.
In both the song and video he grows to understand the world around him and learns to speak out against political and social discrimination. The promo was directed by Carner and his brother Ryan (The Coyle-Larner Brothers) and produced by Spindle.
The directors enlisted crew members from the West End, National Theatre and Hamilton’s stage team to make their vision come to life and, together, the team managed to achieve more set movements in three minutes than most West End musicals have in their full shows.
